1. General:

2. Order placement:

This also applies to additions, amendments or ancillary agreements. 3. Price information / Payment:

The prices of the tariffs valid at the time of performance of the service apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Resignation – Cancellation:

Free: Up to 60 hours before start
50% of the commissioned hours: up to 48 hours before the start
75% of the commissioned hours: up to 24 hours before the start
100% of the commissioned hours: Less than 24 hours before the start

For the cancellation of 4 to 7 working days:
Free: Up to 7 days before start
50% of the commissioned hours: up to 60 hours before the start
75% of the hours worked: up to 48 hours before the start
100% of the commissioned hours: less than 48 hours before the start

For the cancellation of 8 to 14 working days:
Free: Until 21 days before start
25% of the commissioned hours: up to 14 days before the start
50% of the commissioned hours: up to 10 days before the start
75% of the commissioned hours: up to 7 days before the start
100% of the commissioned hours: Less than 7 days before the start

For the cancellation of more than 14 working days:
Free: Up to 30 days before start
25% of the commissioned hours: up to 21 days before the start
50% of the commissioned hours: up to 14 days before the start
75% of the commissioned hours: up to 7 days before the start
100% of the commissioned hours: Less than 14 days before the start

Resignation contractor:

6. Liability:

8. Expenses:

Collateral agreements and deviating agreements must be in writing. Should individual provisions in these terms and conditions or a provision in the context of other agreements be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements.
